HUMILDAD
Located in the heart of Monda’s historic old town, an area protected for its outstanding cultural heritage. Humildad is a truly authentic village home. Expecting completion in late 2026. It is the perfect choice if you want to immerse yourself in traditional Spanish village life, with the convenience of a low-maintenance home where you can simply turn the key and leave.
The house features approximately 35 m² of living space per floor, beautifully laid out with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The absolute highlight is the fantastic rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking, panoramic views of the iconic Castle of Monda. JUNQUILLO
Located in the charming village of Ojén, Junquillo is an exciting new development currently underway, with an expected completion date in mid-2027.
We are completely rebuilding two historic ruins from the ground up, blending modern luxury with authentic Spanish charm. The first house features a total surface area of 180 m² spread across four floors, crowned by a stunning rooftop terrace with a plunge pool. Right next to it is our cozy "mini-house," offering 80 m² of beautifully designed, compact living space.

One of our largest and most prestigious developments is Omare. Perfectly positioned on the edge of Ojén, Omare is a boutique collection of 18 apartments, each offering breathtaking, panoramic views of the Sierra mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
Our vision for this intimate complex is to preserve the authentic charm of traditional Spanish architecture while seamlessly integrating modern luxury. While the apartments vary in size to suit different lifestyles, all units include private underground parking.
